About neurofitness, VR and COVID-19
What is neurofitness?
Between 16 and 25 years is the prime age when human brains reach the peak of their abilities. After that, their cognitive functions gradually deteriorate. It is possible to restore a brain to its former strength but it requires regular training. There are simple exercises that allow you to form new neural connections in the brain, as well as strengthen the old ones. Neuroplasticity enables human brains to learn at any age.

Neurofitness has been practiced in Europe and the United States for more than 30 years. It helps in the treatment of hypertension, bronchial asthma, panic attacks, chronic headaches, sleep disorders, neurotic and stress-related disorders. Neurofitness is particularly useful when other methods like drugs are to be avoided.
VR features
Virtual reality as a technology increases the effectiveness of any training significantly. According to a study conducted in Beijing, VR has a positive effect on students' academic success, learning efficiency, and long-term memory. Over the course of the study, the participants were divided into different groups. In one group, the materials were studied in VR, while the other employed more traditional methods. The VR students' scores were 27% higher.

At the University of Petrozavodsk, high school students were taught biology and geometry using VR. Poorly performing students from the "VR group" gave 40-50% more correct answers after studying the topic using virtual reality, and excellent students showed 100% results.

VR is a unique experience. This form of interaction with content increases engagement: the person really senses what is happening which improves memorization.
COVID-19 and its consequences for a human brain
